This is a Control/Burn deck with a slow Damage per Turn from creatures. Destroy everything, deal damage with red and low power creatures. You might want to add some late game creatures to end the game faster at your risk. Also I advise, change a bit the sideboard for some specific games in mind.

Pros: Excel against creature focused decks. Control and mass Damage cards deal with hexproof enemies.

Cons: Easy to counter with a blue deck with "Put top lib. cards on graveyard." since it requires a lot of turns to win. Also early hand discard can easily stop your game, since you will use your hand fast, with fast loss of hand all you can do is pray for a sucessfull browbeat. Since it's slower to kill than most burn focused decks, you may fall to those really fast too.

To play Modern just Remove Inoccent Blood.
