Maybeboard

In the sack, it feels good to be back.

Really need help, would love suggestions, thank you.

                                 Creatures

*Pack Rat: We all love pack rat. Lets say you decide to only abuse the rat for a game. Turn 2 play him, turn 3 you have two 2/2s. Turn 4 you have three 3/3s. All of them give devotion and get bigger.

*Brain Maggot: This little guy gets rid of those annoying burn cards that they might have to stop pack rat or even just wipe your board! Even if they rid of him thats a lot of dedication they have to put towards him, which usually makes his mission a success.

*Gray Merchant of Asphodel: The shining Gary in the distance. We all love or hate Gary. Gary loves to do big things when he is played. Lets say you play him with 4 devotion: You gain 4 and your opponent loses 4 life. That's an 8 life difference with just one Gary!

*Gnarled Scarhide: 1 drop 2/1 is great, bestow him for 4 is even better.

*Herald of Torment: When i first looked at the guy, I didn't really understand his potential until i played him. 3 for a 3/3 flyer with black devo is great. When you can bestow him for 5, you can easily make any creature you have a big ass tank.

*Master of the Feast: Do i even have to explain a 5/5 flyer for 3 mana? The oppenent card draw is meaningless when youre swining Beefy flyers on turn 4.

*Mogis's Marauder: Ususally when you play him, all your creatures are packing haste and intimidate. Ouch!

*Spiteful Returned: You bestow him, and youre dealing an extra 3 damage (2 of it still going through even if blocked).

*Thrill-Kill Assassin: I love those (Kind of) meaty deathtouch creatures, that just stop the big guys from swinging.

Went to my first FNM this week and did very well.

*1-2 vs Simic : First round I couldn't stop his healing with no erebos draw. Second I was too fast and KO'd with Gary. Third was a close one but when he ended up getting another courser on the field with a bunch of card draw it was over for me.

*2-0 vs B/W : First round i drew up 3 brain maggots and took all 3 of his Blood Barons, and just swung out. Next round I gambled with a 1-land hand, and it paid off when i drew enough to ramp into 3 Garys.

*2-0 vs Mono Blue Devotion: Both rounds turned out easy enough, with doom blades and bile blights being enough to stop any Master of Waves.

2-0 vs U/W Pillowfort control : This match was a lot of fun, considering i needed to pay around 32 mana to attack with my only available attacking creature, brain maggot. Eventually it was just withering him down, but it was a lot of laughs.
