If infect deals damage as poison, what's the fastest way to deal 10 damage to a player?

Black/artifact infect deck. Quick with ramping and a good mana curve, evasive with flying and the wither-style intimidation factor, and vicious with big, early surprise power pumps to give the fastest, sneakiest 10 poison counter win possible. Average turn 4 win, turn 3 with a well-placed Dark Ritual! Long-game staying power brought to you by Phyrexian Crusader, Hand of the Praetors and Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon.

Get a creature out as fast as possible, attack for 1 damage. Not going to block? Well then, make it 6 instead, etc etc. Example: Turn 1, swamp. Turn 2, swamp, Plague Stinger. Turn 3, swamp, Unholy Strength the Stinger, attack for 1, Virulent Swipe , Vampire's Bite . At the end of combat, your opponent has 8 poison counters.

Your friends will not be impressed, they'll just bitch about how infect is bullshit. I recommend keeping your smiles on the inside.
