The ideal: turn 2 waste not, turn 3 dark deal. Everything else is either discard, or stall until you get waste not and discard.

I chose to make this black red because Outpost siege makes for great draw power if needing waste not, rabble for early threat protection, and kolaghan's command for the discard and return from graveyard for necropolis fiend.

Would love suggestions!! I'm not sure if there is a more reliable way to get waste not on the field, and for that matter keep it there.
