With regeneration, Korlash is really hard to get rid of once he hits the table so going for commander damage is the obvious play. If he gets stolen, Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief, Nightmare, and Squelching Leeches are your backup options. My playgroup bought each other $40 commander decks and this was my choice to give to my friend.
In my ongoing endeavor to bring frugality to Commander, each card in this deck is under $2 and the whole deck is under $40 (not including the commander).
