I'm relatively new to magic the gathering, so this is one of my first decks. It's supposed to play very fast and aggressive, and it has worked well in play testing. I'm on a budget, so while it may seem like there are some obvious cards missing, I have to refrain from high value cards. Please tell me how I can improve this deck.
