I'm learning to get into Modern and I've learned mono red burn is almost always the way to go as a start. I'm aiming to keep this budget but I wouldn't mind upgrading up to a more perfect build overtime as I can enjoy the eternal format.

As of now I'm trying to see about cards that are $5 or lower per copy. I know there's plenty I can get later for more expensive builds but for now I'd like to keep the money for rent not blood moons.

As for the maybeboard I'm including cards I would want to include but exceed the $5 per card limit at the time of posting.
