Here's my Nikya of the Old Ways Commander deck. It started as just a fun deck, but it turned out to be a lot more fast than I expected. If you can get Nikya out and she doesn't immediately die, the power level is pretty decent. The gameplan hinges on playing cheaper non-creature ramp, card draw, and other value engines and spells before Nikya is out, and then dropping big creatures after she is (taking advantage of that mana doubling ability). After that, swing in with your huge threats! By Commander standards, I'd say this is an aggro deck (albeit a high-curve one).

Courser of Kruphix + Vizier of the Menagerie together, combined with Nikya's mana doubling, means that you have a very good chance to go off. Greater Good provides a way to sacrifice Nikya if you really need to, but you should be fine in general without a way to remove Nikya, as we have very few non-creature spells. Emergence Zone + Yeva, Nature's Herald even give our deck some ability to play at instant speed and surprise our opponents! Overall, this deck is a ton of fun, and not toooo expensive. You can really swap out a lot of the more expensive pieces if you want, and go with whatever big+stompy/ utility creatures you have lying around.
