Blind Seer itself is not a hugely unique deck. It's got its stock list of cards and I will admit it is very on rails in terms of construction, but in the 1DH format it feels very powerful even if it is missing some of it more expensive cards - namely Inundate. I have played with a few times, it can have a very mixed feel as it either works or it stumbled some. I want to go over it in the future to try to fill in weaknesses.
