Text is on a card for a reason, but sometimes it's fun to mess with...

In my ongoing endeavor to bring frugality to Commander, each card in this deck is under $2 and the whole deck is under $40. If you like what you see, UPVOTE! or you can check out all my other $40 budget decks. If you see some areas of improvement, let me know what you'd change. Just make sure all suggested cards are under $2.

The Strategy

1) Play Blind Seer as soon as possible

We want to make use of all those themed cards and there is no better way than our commander.

2) Keep our opponent(s) at bay

This deck will thrive more in a 1v1 situation so if playing in multiplayer, you've got to go for the political plays. Regardless, buy yourself some time so you can make bigger late game plays.

3) Steal your way to victory

At some point when you have the cards, you can allow a big creature or two on the battlefield, scoop em up and head to victory.

The Win Cons

1) Stolen beaters

2) A couple of your own beaters in Stormtide Leviathan and Sphinx of Magosi

3) Table flipping by your opponents because you have the most durdly deck ever
