I think the deck needs more spot removal and sweepers, possibly a couple of counterspells as well. You are going to want some artifact/enchantment destruction for folks running Torpor Orb .

Thank you :) I've removed a couple of lands to fit in Temple of the False God , Pilgrim's Eye and Mistmeadow Witch . Any suggestions on what to cut to make room for the other cards you suggest?

I don't think the instants you have there are all that strong. Your general can blink, and you have three other creatures in the deck that can blink too. I don't think you need any one shot cards that blink a single creature at a time. If you cut those five spells you'd have some room for some counterspells, and spot removal.
Creature wise I would pull the Augury Owl , Door of Destinies , and Fellwar Stone . The Duplicant is a much better pick than the Banisher Priest . You might want to look through your list of allies and make one or two cuts as well, you are missing some staples like the Swiftfoot Boots and Sol Ring .

I do like how Gift of Immortality works with the Allies.
As for my suggestion, Xenograft would do wonders in for the Allies, especially with Turntimber Ranger

Also with the Xenograft combo I mentioned, Bioshift can become a game-ender

if you are flickering I wouldn't use Vorel of the Hull Clade

It's not useful (enough) when I have cards like Fathom Mage , Door of Destinies , Vividlands or Allies with counters?

EDH isn't as consistent so unless you have ways to get all those things out together I wouldn't not that those aren't good ideas. Sometimes its just hard to piece things together

also add Eternal Witness that and Deadeye Navigator are awesome

I would definitely get some mana rocks to speed the deck up. Sol Ring is a must. Gilded Lotus , Basalt Monolith , Thran Dynamo , Chromatic Lantern , Coalition Relic , Grim Monolith are some others. I would get as many as possible. The ravnica signets are some nice budget alternatives.
Definitely run a lot more ramp, whether it be Kodama's Reach , Farhaven Elf (flicker this guy), Cultivate , Sakura-Tribe Elder etc.
Descendent's Path, Progenitor Mimic Rite of Replication ... because allies.

Thragtusk is also worth a mention. He's extremely cheap now too.

Krosan Grip is better than disenchant in my opinion.

Thanks for your comments, guys :) Unfortunately some of the suggestions are out of my price range at the moment.
aFriendlyAlly: Can the ravnica signets replace lands, or should I cut creatures to put them in? I will add a few of your suggestions :)
Does anybody have any ideas what to cut to make room for more ramp, counterspells or sweepers?

I think you could probably drop your land count to around 36-38, which is the usual amount. So maybe drop a double lands for the signets, then drop some other cards for some ramp.

Removed Wall of Blossoms
, Vorel of the Hull Clade
and a few other cards, shaved $20+ off the deck. Added Kodama's Reach
, Cultivate
, Monk Realist
, Ghostly Flicker
and Voidstone Gargoyle
. Sideboard is cards I will buy as well, as they might be good in the deck.
Any last suggestions on what to add/remove mainboard or sideboard? Please, no cards over $1.5 this time either :)

+1 from me just because we are on the same train of thought. You can take a look at my deck and see if it gives you any wallet friend inspiration. http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/in-and-out-13-03-14-1/
You are running white and blue so I don't see any reason not to include some board wipes if things get a little hairy. From the top of my head Armada Wurm and Lavinia of the Tenth are fairly cheap and can end up doing some work if repeatedly blinked.

Also, I see you have Bant Charm in your maybeboard, this card has repeatedly saved me. You can put someone's commander on the bottom of library so it will not go back to the command zone.

After a few hours of work I've categorized and sorted all the cards by type and mana cost, and added the best maybe-cards to the list in italics. I'd be really happy if you could take a look - even if it's just on one category of the cards - and suggest replacements if you see something.

Maybe Lightning Greaves as another way to protect your commander? I see you already have Swiftfoot Boots but a little redundancy was never a bad thing. Also, maybe consider Mystical Tutor or Worldly Tutor so that you can fetch an answer for whatever problems might arise instead of just waiting and hoping to draw into your answer. Looks like a fun deck to play though.

PlattBonnay: Lightning Greaves
is a great card, but Roon isn't my only way of flickering - actually, I don't think he's the best at doing that in this deck. Deadeye Navigator
, Venser, the Sojourner
, Mistmeadow Witch
and several spells all help if Roon is disabled. Also, I'm trying to play without tutors to avoid slowing down games. Great suggestions if I'll play tutors in the future, though.
nayaftw: Both good suggestions, but what would you take out?

Replace Arcane Denial with Hinder . Also, Day of Judgement?!?!?!! and Gift of Immortality don't seem to do much. I think that Mangara of Corondor would be great in here, and Trostani, Selesnya's Voice wouldn't be bad. It's a shame that Hamletback Goliath isn't in colour though.
June 14, 2014 12:53 p.m.
A few cards I may suggest considering are Karmic Guide , Reveillark , Sun Titan , and Mangara of Corondor . Venser, Shaper Savant wreaks havoc too.

Interesting deck concept, flicker with Allies. I'd strongly consider a Mistmeadow Witch , and from your maybe list the Brutalizer Exarch , Diluvian Primordial , Perplexing Chimera , Pilgrim's Eye , and Temple of the False God .
