sleepy104: I've included Reveillark , Karmic Guide and Eternal Witness for some graveyard recursion. Do you think it's enough, or should I include Sun Titan as well?
jakonater: Do you find anything in the deck that should be replaced for Blade Splicer ? Most cards I've included bring some utility (removal, card draw, etc), and I'm not sure token-making is better. Or is it? :)

Indigoindigo: Not really... I just prefer creature decks to control decks on a personal level. What you have so far is a pretty nice deck. +1

If you're feeling up for giving some input :)

Wow, never thought of the Gift of Immortality synergy with blink/ETB. It's beautiful.

I'm curious as to what your specific uses of Illusionist's Bracers are?

I dig your philosophy of fun with friends over brutalizing opponents.

Hornet Queen , Progenitor Mimic , Phyrexian Ingester if you're feelin' a little meaner

You are missing a card. You need 99 cards NOT including the general. I would recommend adding Flickerform .

Also, (just a suggestion) instead of Djinn of Infinite Deceits , run Rubinia Soulsinger .

lotusofblackness, you can blink a switched creature back to your control, effectively just stealing a creature with Djinn of Infinite Deceits . You can end up stealing a creature per turn with Roon out.

lotusofblackness: Thanks for letting me know. Included Kiora's Follower .

Alarocky: I thought of using Illusionist's Bracers in an infinite combo with Kiora's Follower , but I seem to have forgotten just exactly how it was supposed to work. But I think it will double the amount of flickers when activating Roon, Mistmeadow Witch or Deadeye Navigator .

Text on Illusionist's Bracers unfortunately says if it isn't a mana ability :/

I have seen an artifact card that doubles the ETB effect for 2 mana, but dammit I forgot the name. Definitely an artifact though.

Strionic Resonator . Already included :)
A mana ability is an ability that produces mana, not one that costs mana to activate. Therefore, Illusionist's Bracers should copy Roon's activated ability for free, right?

Strionic Resonator ! Thar she blows, righteous card.

Well hell, you're absolutely right! In that case Illusionist's Bracers are utterly perfect for this deck.

It depends I believe on the meta. I would include Sun Titan for the simple fact that it's a 6/6 beater with Vigilance. The recursion is just extra tasty, and can bring back 1/5 of your deck (Excluding lands). It's permanent recursion vs. creature recursion, so the decision remains yours to make however the Titan is a valuable card in my opinion.

Any suggestions on what to remove to make room for Sun Titan ?

I feel like having Green Sun's Zenith would be useful for you. :)

Yes it might be, but what do I take out for it?

That's pretty awesome, I've never seen an EDH deck using that guy before.

What about Sol Ring

Prime Speaker Zegana is a personal favorite for Roon of the Hidden Realm , I have a Roon deck too that uses him and the draw power is insane.

Shadow17s Yeah, I'm thinking I should replace something for it, possibly an artifact, but I'm not sure what to cut. Suggestions?

jthomps5 I've considered Zegana several times. I already have 6 cards for card-draw, but if I need more I'll consider it once more.

I played two games the other day and spent both games desperately trying to ramp so I could play my 5-6-7-drops. Thinking of cutting some of my more mana-costly cards to include Sol Ring , Kodama's Reach and perhaps Leyline of Anticipation , Yavimaya Elder or some other ramp. Suggestions always welcome :)

You need to invest in the m10 / inn checklands, and shocklands. That should help you a lot. Also try City of Brass , Mana Confluence and Reflecting Pool . I think some of those (particularly the checklands) are under $5 each. You can replace some of the slower cards for them.

If you find that you die to early aggression try cards like Llanowar Elves etc. Simple creatures that give you mana. That way you will have some presence to block if absolutely necessary AND you should have fewer mana problems.

If you keep having problems then try things like Oblivion Ring , Banishing Light , Wrath of God , Path to Exile , Swords to Plowshares .
