Deck is SOLID AF. Given your deck is very reliant upon your commander, do you feel you have enough ramp to bring him out quickly enough? Mind Stone might be a potential consideration to increase your artifact count that could bring him out more quickly from 5 to 6. Maybe swapping out commander sphere or better yet, desertion? The former is great but doesn't bring your commander out sooner. The latter is fun but holding up 5 mana and being restricted to only getting creatures/artifacts, one that might not have synergy with your overall plan might not be ideal.
Maybe Mother of Runes? - Protection
How has Inventors' Fair been treating you? Given you have about 14 artifacts or so, do you trigger it reliably? Perhaps maybe swap it or even the exotic orchard which doesn't necessarily tap for your colors for Blinkmoth Well? Blinkmoth can mess with opposing artifact synergies and most importantly, make your Static orb one sided.
Fierce Guardianship in your maybeboard seems amazing given it can protect your commander at 0 cost, since your reliant upon your commander. Maybe even a Rhystic Study or even a Smothering Tithe for some good value?
^EDIT: I missed your $ exclusions regarding fierce gaurdianship
I would love your thoughts regarding your thought process. I'm scared to ever come across this deck.

Profet93 appreciate the compliments! (:
I actually don't have Command Sphere in the deck. :O Desertion is definitely something I'm going to cut, but it would probably be for one of the "take an extra turn" cards that cost too much. lol Overall, I don't have much of an issue getting him out by turn 3. Mother of Runes is alright, but she's slow and doesn't help with commanders that are multicolor. Also cant use it for blue/white or I'd screw myself.
Inventors Fair is pretty decent. Good clutch win-con fetch. I may only have a few artifacts, but I fetch them~ As for Blinkmoth Well, I just cant see myself using 2 mana (3 technically since I have to tap it as well) just to tap down one non-creature artifact. For 3 mana, I would want it gone. lol
Rhystic Study and Smothering Tithe are just not as good as they sound in my opinion. 1 colorless mana is perfectly fine if you're just playing 1 or 2 spells a turn and Smothering Tithe is just kinda meh unless you're forcing people to draw. Then it's basically the same issue as Rhystic except 2 colorless mana. But yes, Fierce Guardianship is a definite lol
When I started this deck, I just wanted to base a deck around blinking. I didn't even know about the infinite combo. Then things became "how can I get that as fast as possible?" lmao! A lot of common suggestions for me to add are usually more blinking in case Brago is destroyed, but I feel that blink engines are pure dead draws in EDH since there is so much removal. Tbh, blink isn't very strong as a mechanic in EDH for that fact. So when I make an inclusion, I have my little checklist. Can Brago abuse it? Can it be useful alone? Is it overkill? Overkill in particular is something I think people tend to froth over, but don't realize it reduces their deck to memes. I get recommended so many cards that would turn this deck into pure stax and I just don't need it. It would make this interesting deck into a lame, unfun deck. Protection is always king as well, so adding anything overkill would mean cutting out a safety net.
I hope I answered your questions. xD thank you again! <3

I'm unsure how I messed up with commander sphere, oops. Fair points all around. Thank you for your detailed response :)
That being said, Mother of Runes works against multi-color because you only need protection from one of the colors of removal (or their commander) to be able to protect it. Blue spot removal is uncommon. I do see your point about naming white because of anti-synergy. TBF, it is also a political tool and something that people have to play around, or burn an extra spell just to bypass protection. But I respect your decision to exclude it.
Why run exotic orchard given you can't always get your colors from it? No blinkmoth is understandable but another utility land or even azorious land might be a better suit for your azourious deck, no?
While I have no more potential inclusions, last question, how has Karn Liberated been for you?

Profet93 sorry, I meant that the decks run multiple colors and MoR can only target 1, not the actual commander. :P
Exotic Orchard seems like it would be a gamble, but in EDH everyone rushes to play their dual lands or City of Brass, etc. It hasn't been a dead draw for me yet. :D If I'm doing anything with my lands rn, it's cutting them for some ridiculously expensive 0 drop artifact. xD Getting both blue and white hasn't been an issue for me with what's on the board currently. (:
Karn Liberated can lock the game depending on what's left on the field/in the opponents hand. -3 on lands, twice a turn, until they cant do anything. Then make them exile that 1 draw per turn if it's not a land. Exile it if it is. gg~

I appreciate all the suggestions! It's been some time since I've had the chance to play but I'll be testing all your ideas out soon! (:
