I prefer Karn. lol Thank you though!
However, it's not showing that you actually upvoted. :P

So I've tried multiple times to +1 but it seems that there is a problem, sorry about that.
Also, I don't know what of these you have considered but I thought I'd suggest some cards I've enjoyed having:
Body Double has been great, especially so for your deck with the mill aspects, grabbing a useful ETB effect from someone else's creature is great! more often though, it is useful for recurring an ETB ability of a creature that was destroyed. (one game I was able to copy an Ashen Rider and exile everyone else's permanents with the resonator. It was awesome and I never would have used that card otherwise :P)
Parallax Wave another allstar, this takes care of other generals and opponents typically move them to the command zone. It resets with every brago trigger but is able to permanently exile with Strionic Resonator so that is cool.
Parallax Tide same idea as the wave but can serve you as well. If locking an opponent off a color doesn't seem worthwhile you can use it to exile your own lands to bring them back untapped for the 2nd main phase. This card also enables you to permanently exile opponents lands when you have the resonator in play.
Beyond the suggestions I generally had questions about why you don't like shroud, Lightning Greaves is a card I'm almost always happy to see and because of the weird way enchantments enter play from exile brago with greaves is still able to be re-enchanted by things like unquestioned authority and steel of the godhead.
In fact one of the reasons why I love Treachery so much is because you can enchant brago with it (or a low priority target like your own token) and then trigger brago, blink treachery and gain control of their Sigarda, Host of Herons.
From your maybeboard I would like to strongly endorse Treachery, Whirler Rogue, and Winter Orb. They are all very good at what they do I am always happy to draw any of the three, however winter orb needs a bit of preparation to work the best.
If you would be so kind as to take a look at my list and leave a comment about what I have going on there I would very much appreciate it. I have to admit I have taken a few things from your list like telepathy (that flavor text is awesome!), nevermore and you finally convinced me to run an archaeomancer package. but your feedback would be very welcome

It went through. lol (: Many thanks!
Body Double is cool. Just cant find myself dropping anything for it.
Parallax Wave and Parallax Tide are nice, but again, just cant find myself dropping anything in particular for them.
It's not so much that I don't like shroud as it is the fact that I don't really need haste. Shroud is just bad imo anyway. lol I cant blink him without blinking it first. I'm actually trying to cut down on the auras I have so I can keep him open.
Speaking of which, Whirler Rogue may replace Aqueous Form. Treachery will probably replace Peregrine Drake once I get one. Winter Orb is another that I cant think of anything to drop for it.
I will gladly check your deck out! (:

So I was curious how you play Venser, the Sojourner, do you use him to +2 once a turn to get a bit of extra utility out of a permanent and build loyalty towards the ult? or do you -1, +2 every turn to just get through. I have wanted to play him in a deck for ages but have never deemed him to be useful enough. you have obviously given a very him a very valuable spot, could you explain to me why he has earned that spot? Thanks!

Well, besides fitting the theme, you pretty much said it. lol He serves as a source of unblockable and gets a little bit of extra blink in the process, or just lets me blink two lands for a counterspell during my opponents turn. Once, though, I DID get to use his ult and it was beautiful. lol

I personally wouldn't run Lavinia of the Tenth Only because in a deck meant to flicker things, detain seems to be a short lived ability. I prefer more permanent removal such as Spine of Ish Sah or Exclusion Ritual. the same goes for Leonin Relic-Warder and Sower of Temptation. If you wanted to take other people's creatures, Mind Control works great and isn't as easily blown up. (in my opinion). You could also run a Ghost Quarter if you wanted more land removal.

No way man. Lavinia of the Tenth is a problem every time she comes out. lol Especially against green decks that rely on mana dorks.
Not a fan of how much mana Spine of Ish Sah or Exclusion Ritual cost.
Sower of Temptation is great and, with Gilded Drake, creates a merciless combo. Leonin Relic-Warder can permanently exile its target while Strionic Resonator is out.
Mind Control is actually very lack-luster, imho. For 5 mana, I could play something so much more dope.
As for Ghost Quarter, I'm not a fan of giving my opponent a land in its place. That and I'll be running Armageddon soon anyway. lol
Many thanks for the upvote and suggestions! (:

Rings of Brighthearth? I'm not sure if its as good as Resonator but another possibility for shenanigans is always appreciated.

Sadly, wouldn't work. Brago's ability is triggered, not activated. :/
Thanks for the suggestion though and be sure to +1 if you like!

But it would work to trigger the resonator. Not very useful but it's something! Lol
December 9, 2015 12:40 p.m.
Resonator already goes infinite with ease, so paying an extra two mana to get another trigger out of it would be pretty pointless. Infinity + 1 = infinity.

Nice deck, +1. I don't really feel right suggesting anything because I'm an EDH newb and it looks like you've already put a lot of thought into the deck and the list is super tight already. I doubt there's any cards out there than anyone could suggest that you haven't already considered.
But, if I must... have you considered Meddling Mage? I understand it is blown up much more easily than Nevermore, but if the effect is that good, it could be worth running a redundant copy. I dunno, I think I ended up taking them out of my list to try something else... Do you think it's a mistake not to play Nevermore? I assume you use it to shut off opposing Generals most of the time, or repeatable spells (a la Capsize and that sort of thing)?
Since another poster was asking about Venser, the Sojourner: there's also a really cute interaction with Gilded Drake, since the clause isn't "creature you control" but "creature you own" (contrary to most theft effects). While it's not something that's likely to come up all that often, it's a sweet bonus to an already made-for-this-deck 'walker.
Lastly, I have a couple questions: 1) how do you break the symmetry of cards like Static Orb and Winter Orb. Am I missing something really basic here? Or is the synergy just getting Brago to untap your other nonland permanents to enable you to swing every other turn (in the case of Static Orb)?
2) How would you rate the effectiveness of the following cards? Weathered Wayfarer, Telepathy, Augury Owl. I feel like my deck might want a few more earlier plays, as I've tested a couple games where I didn't really do anything until Brago on Turn 4, which seems terrible.

Many thanks for the upvote and kind words! :D
Meddling Mage is definitely appealing, but I feel like I don't really need two Nevermores. To answer your question, it all depends on your playgroup. I know my friends decks well and can definitely call out something that would be helpful. And yes, it definitely helps for things like Capsize lol.
Interesting though. I didn't know that about Venser and the Drake. Well then. :P
Static Orb is good when you have some things out already. Untap two lands or a land and Brago and swing to re-trigger everything. I cant really say anything about Winter Orb. :/ Haven't playtested it yet because I don't really like brutal stax. Can backfire hard.
Weathered Wayfarer is a great early drop and comes in handy late game to grab Reliquary Tower. Telepathy is great against blue players and then there's the obvious combo with Nevermore. Augury Owl is just great. Scry is always good and Scry 3 is amazing.
I hope that helps! (:

Could you please explain how the Brago, King Eternal + Sol Ring + Strionic Resonator combo works? It seems like fun, but I don't want to try using it without understanding it. Thanks!

It's in my description, but:
Brago damage goes through. Trigger.
In response, tap sol ring to activate resonator.
Copy Brago's trigger. Copy is on top of the stack.
Copy resolves. Blink sol ring and resonator.
Original trigger is on the stack. Tap sol ring to activate resonator.
Copy Brago's trigger. Repeat.

Thanks! My friend gave me a mostly built Roon deck, so I've been fishing around for ideas to finish it off. I linked your deck in the description. Again, thanks!

Thinking about cutting 5 basic lands for: Maze of Ith, Cephalid Coliseum, Command Beacon, Buried Ruin, and Hall of the Bandit Lord. Doing that, I may also drop Solemn Simulacrum since I would only be able to trigger him 5 times, at most. Would probably replace him with Skyship Weatherlight or Phyrexian Metamorph.
Thoughts?
December 16, 2015 11:46 a.m.
I would say yes for sure on Command Beacon and Cephalid Coliseum. Hall of the Bandit Lord is a little iffy. I personally haven't had luck with it due to its slowness and my tendency to drop rocks in the early game, but it might be worth running here since your deck focuses more on lands than mana rocks. I would say no for sure on Maze of Ith and Buried Ruin. Ith can't even be tapped for mana, and it's not useful with Brago since it keeps him from triggering. Ruin is just straight bad, not to mention redundant with both Sun Titan and Academy Ruins being run.
Cutting Solemn is a definitely a good idea. By the time you cast him, you'll already have Brago on the filed nine times out of ten, which means the ramp becomes mediocre. He doesn't quite do enough by himself to merit play, especially with a lower basic count.

Ith was more to help me deal with an opponents creature. However, I will cut 2 islands and a plains for the first 3.
December 16, 2015 12:11 p.m. Edited.
With 23 creatures, you shouldn't have much trouble trading with opponents, or at least chump blocking the fatties. The only creatures you'd need to stop (Zur, Narset, Uril, Bruna, Rafiq, etc) will usually have Hexproof when they go to punch you, so Ith becomes almost useless. Even most pillow fort decks don't bother running it, just because it's a waste of a spot. You'll Partial Paris it out of most opening hands, it's pretty mediocre in the mid-game since you usually have a board presence, and it's useless in the late game.

Fair enough. Thanks for taking the time to explain your case. I wasn't hard pressed on adding it, but I see your point. I'd add more mana rocks, but artifacts are short lived in my playgroup and having anymore than 1 mana rock out usually scares everyone. They tend to go quick out of fear. However, I was thinking about cutting 1 more island to add another mana rock.

I don't know about your meta but for me, dropping Karn Liberated for Avacyn, Angel of Hope ultimately had a much greater impact for my board. exiling 1-2 things a turn is awesome and I certainly miss the ability but I have always been happier to resolve Avacyn and have a bit more security against wipes. By the way, great deck +1
