Distortion Strike is free on the second turn and is exiled so it can't really be killed. You can also choose a new target so it doesn't matter if the creature is killed. Not to mention you also get +1/+0. I have a similar deck and rarely have more than one creature out at a time. It rarely takes more than four or five turns to win.
Vines of Vastwood and Groundswell could be very helpful.

I already have 4x Groundswell in there :p. And as for Vines of Vastwood , I origionally had it in there but removed it for some other things when I was editing the deck with 40cal's help. I think I'm going to add it SB for matchups where I need to protect my creatures more.

Hey again :D this deck looks solid. Everything in this deck is perfect maybe take out 1 Hinterland Harbor and add 1 Island or Forest just to be safe for it you get it in your starting hand

I am surprised your not trying any Rancor , is Rancor not modern? Maybe cut back on your Wild Defiance . If your going to kill in three turns or less, you don't need to worry about 4 copies.

Maybe Livewire Lash , but that is kind of slow for your speed. It might be fun in a casual setting with friends.

Also, don't forget that with Distortion Strike you also do get that extra +1 added to the attack. Just food for thought when your using your Artful Dodge .
If you can get your hands on it I would get 2 more Inkmoth Nexus and take out 4 creatures, make room for something else like card draw. Curiosity , Wildsize , stuff along these lines.

Ever think about throwing in a few Ranger's Guile in the SB? Great against spot removal, plus 1/1 until end of turn.

I think I perfer Vines of Vastwood over Ranger's Guile , but thanks for the suggestion.

Have you tried to work Gitaxian Probe in? This is an awesome deck though. If I were to take my modern pauper infect to regular modern, these are most of the changes I would make. +1

Check mine out if you like. Septic Sanity I am not sure what changes I could make to it. (modern pauper) You having this deck made me think that maybe you could check mine out.

It was just a suggestion, most infect decks run it.

I know. This is a really god deck. It is hard to find ways to make it better.

Just wanted to point out Crumble isn't legal in modern, maybe try Nature's Claim instead.
May 28, 2014 5:43 p.m.
Also you might want Pithing Needle as well, or maybe Creeping Corrosion for the board.

Actually Crumble is modern legal :p but I think I'll switch to Nature's Claim anyway since it can destroy enchantments too. Thanks for the suggestions :)
May 28, 2014 6:06 p.m.
That's strange, Tappedout lists Crumble as being only in 4th ed, 5th ed, Revised, and Antiquities. Same with Gatherer. Also, Oxidize is strictly better than Crumble .

Oh god you're right :o. We'll looks like I need to order some Nature's Claim s quick.

I think this deck is awesome! I will totally make it for FNM and to play against my friends!
May 29, 2014 11:27 a.m.
You might again want Oxidize over Nature's Claim , depending on how many enchantments you're likely to see.

I did consider it when making the deck, but decided it would be better off without it. Artful Dodge I think is better because it is more versatile. With Artful Dodge I can make up to 2 different creatures unblockable in the same turn, as with Distortion Strike I could only make 1 creature unblockable and another one next turn if it wasn't killed. Thanks for the suggestion though, glad you took some interest in the deck!
