This is the third deck in my series of Return to Ravnica Block Constructed decks on a budget. This is meant to be a very fast deck. The creatures are mostly extremely cheap with extort, so that after the first couple of turns all mana will be pumped into extort to burn the opponent fast. Becaue there don't exist enough cheap extort creatures, I also threw in a number of 1-drops without extort, to speed up my mana curve. This deck is still under construction. I am thinking about removing some creatures and adding in some spells.

After testing, I have learned that this deck sucks. It needs something but I'm not sure what. I have listed a lot of cheap cards from the Return to Ravnica block in the Maybe-board. If anyone could help with this, that would be awesome.

Upon further thought, I think the problem is that I am treating it as an aggro deck, and it is too slow for aggro. Maybe I should rework it for control. Anyway, I would really like some feedback.
