This deck is just what it says on the tin. It is a Return to Ravnica Block Constructed budget deck, that uses Selesnya's token production and the Populate mechanic to put out lots of tokens. Then it can either spam attacks with many creatures to win, or use power equals number of creatures effects to hit with one really big stick.

Many of the cards in this deck originated from a Draft I did with friends. I filled it out with cheap cards such as Call of the Conclave and Rootborn Defenses to make a deck out of it. I intend to remove the Gatecreeper Vines and probably put in more Growing Ranks.
