mad_hatter_md01, are you offering to make a donation? (;
Top four changes would be Bloodspore Thrinax, Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest, Rishkar, Peema Renegade, and Reyhan, Last of the Abzan. Those are the ones that would really oil the gears in this deck. They'd probably go in for things like Vein Drinker and Varolz, the Scar-Striped, Curse of Stalked Prey, Skirsdag Cultist, and so forth.
Past that, it's really up to you. Doubling Season, Meren of Clan Nel Toth, Atarka's Command, Damnation, Sarkhan Vol...just whatever floats your boat. They wouldn't be in my ideal deck, necessarily, but you can certainly find ways to spend money on a counters-and-tokens-and-reanimation build.
Hope that helps answer your question. Let me know if I can clarify. Cheers!

I used to run a Kresh the Bloodbraided EDH deck. He is an awesome, powerful commander that really exemplifies the destructive power of Jund. He's one of the best for killing with commander damage. Here's my suggestions of cards I've found to be invaluable:
Fleshbag Marauder and Merciless Executioner are musts. They're budget, they scale well in multiplayer, and if you sacrifice them to themselves they're at least three counters for Kresh.
Putrefy is an excellent, flexible removal spell. Artifacts are quite popular in commander, so you almost always have something to hit. Terminate is also recommended.
Cultivate and Kodama's Reach are essential ramp in a tri-colored decklist with a higher curve general. Especially good since you're running a lot of basics; you're going to want to ensure your mana fixing.
Eternal Witness is more pricey than any of the previous cards, but it's the single most-played green spell in EDH according to edhrec, and for good reason. Recurring ANYTHING from the 'yard is insanely powerful.
Dictate of Erebos is absolutely silly. You can hold it up in your hand with flash to create some really unfavorable combat situations, and with a sacrifice outlet, you can sometimes "lock" your opponents out from playing creatures. Butcher of Malakir is similar, but on an aggressive body.
Lightning Greaves is useful alongside your Boots to protect your commander. Without any keyword abilities, Kresh is more fragile than he looks.
If you have the resources ($$$), Sheoldred, Whispering One is an absolute bomb, and does exactly what this deck wants to do. Bring things back to be killed again, and slaughter the oppposition. Also a great beatstick.
Lastly, Acidic Slime is powerful removal on a creature that provides great defense with deathtouch.
Happy brewing!

This is one of the coolest deck ideas I've seen in a while and I think I am going to buy it in the near future. I've made some edits based on my collection, so all of the cards in the deck over $1 I already own. This is my current list: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/kresh-fling-credit-to-landofmordor/?cb=1530549818
Any suggestions on things I should add or take out? I'm also considering putting in Domri Rade and Vraska, Relic Seeker as I have both. Again, kudos on the deck it's really well built.

Despite being red heavy, you might look at Thunderblust as a powerful threat that can also be sac'd for 13 fling damage or counters.
There's also Falkenrath Aristocrat, which while it doesn't have the human synergy in this deck, has a free sac ability and is an evasive creature. Haste is also nice, so she could be a powerful threat if you have a bunch of stuff to do but Kresh has been hated out.
You may also look at the land base, as 27 basics is a lot for a 3 color deck. Life lands and vivid lands would help this deck with fixing.

This is a great list! I was struggling to put together a Kresh deck of my own that did everything I wanted the deck to do, but your primer gave me a really good idea about how to build it. I used your list as a starting point to build off of for mine, if you want to take a look: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/kresh-the-flesh-thresher-1/?cb=1537036592
My list is a lot less budget friendly, but I already own most of the cards that really bring the price up, so I just threw them in there.
