A Felisa, Fang of Silverquill EDH
Blood Into Ink
There are so many cards that I find my self excited for from Commander 2021. Which honestly is a nice change of pace from the last few yearly Commander products. One of the cards I find myself most excited to play around with is
Felisa, Fang of Silverquill
. Her ability's grant a amalgamation of some of the most favorite archetypes in Orzho- err Silverquill. This is the list I've managed to wrangle together so far.
Heliod Combo: This is the first of a few combos we have to close out the game. It consists of Heliod, Sun-Crowned and Walking Ballista . Use Heliod to give Ballista life link then remove a counter, Heliod triggers and put that counter onto Ballista. Rinse repeat.
Enduring Renewal Combo: Yes indeed there is a reason we are playing this card. So the combo works somthing like this. Have
Felisa, Fang of Silverquill
,
Enduring Renewal
and
Ashnod's Altar
in play, then play a X cost creature like
Walking Ballista
or Hanger back walker. Play the creature with a counter on them , then sacrifice them to Altar get two mana floating, Felisa triggers get an inkling, Renewal Triggers get the sacrificed creature back into your hand. Play the X cost creature again with the two mana you have floating and repeat the process to get infinite tokens.
Enduring Renewal Combo version 2: There is a version where you can use Phyrexian Altar instead but you will need one of the available drain cards we have such as Blood Artist , Cruel Celebrant , Bastion of Remembrance . Use the same combo as above to break even on mana by sacrificing the Inkling token as well to get 2 and loop the creature infinitely draining all of our opponents. We can even use Mikaeus, the Lunarch as the sacrificial creature...
