... Uhh, so drop Reclaim for Noxious Revival , because it's infinitely better.

And I don't see any need for Rampant Growth here. Your curve tops out at 4 and you only have three of those. That being said, I'm sure you're be fine with removing 2 (maybe even 3) lands. Garruk Relentless Flip Flip compliments Werewolves very well, particularly with Mayor of Avabruck Flip Flip, and would be a nice replacement for some of those lands.
It seems to me like Slagstorm would do just as much damage to your board as your opponents', if not more.
Perhaps Mana Barbs would work better for you. All you have to do is drop a few Werewolves and then play Mana Barbs. At that point, you can just watch your opponent either play two spells and lose a bunch of life or get beat up by your flipped cards.
Oh. And you should probably have 4x Copperline Gorge in addition to your Rootbound Crag s.

I don't feel comfortable having less then 24 lands in a deck. And the lands also are useful for the Kessig Wolf Run to mega pump a werewolf like Kruin Outlaw Flip Flip. And I don't particularly like using last blocks double lands. Having to wait a turn for mana if you don't have it down before you have 4 mana on the field it a hassle.
As for Garruk Relentless Flip Flip, I have played with him in multiply deck constructions, and each time it is difficult to use him effectively. If you are lucky enough to have Mayor of Avabruck Flip Flip flipped the extra wolfs are useful, otherwise finding a target to make him flip is next to impossible. I will try him again though and see how it works at FNM.
And in difference of Slagstorm , in FNM, many of opponents have used tokens, duplication spells, and the like to stack creatures in there favor. With Slagstorm and card:Full Moon's Rise, I am able to get the battlefield back under my control and keep my creatures. Or at least call them back with Reclaim , which I will replace with Noxious Revival .

It should be noted that Noxious Revival can work against your opponent in addition to helping you.
If your opponent's got a land or something they would not be fond of drawing that turn (if they're trying to top-deck a Day of Judgment , for example), use Noxious Revival on one of his/her cards to stall them for a turn. It's especially effective against aggressive decks that burn their hands down quickly. If your opponent has no cards in his/her hand, you then control what his/her hand becomes.
It's not just superior over Reclaim for the Phyrexian mana ability.

Wow, this deck has changed so much. So, not once during game play did Noxious Revival become useful. It has been taken out along with a few different cards to give this deck a new direction.
Reckless Waif Flip Flip is still in for its one mana drop. Mayor of Avabruck Flip Flip will still be playing his support role with Adaptive Automaton throwing in a helping had at 3 mana. Lucly enough Adaptive Automaton will be a werewolf, so card:Full Moon's Rise and Moonmist will still be effective in game. Heavy hitters will be Instigator Gang Flip Flip and Kruin Outlaw Flip Flip for some real damage. Than last but not least for the creature line up is Phyrexian Metamorph as a pinch hitter. Depending on when it comes into play, it could become another Wildblood Pack Flip or Howlpack Alpha Flip that will not flip back or a powerful creature on the other side of the battlefield.
I think the rest explains itselfs pretty well. If you like it please give me a 1+. I will come back Saturday with the results from FNM.
Genoms says... #1
1.1 edit:I traded Caravan Vigil for Rampant Growth for obvious reasons, and Daybreak Ranger Flip Flip for some card:Green Sun's Zenith . I figure they will be essencial for grabbing the right creature throughout the game.
