Making an Elder Scrolls reference with the name because I can.

Immerwolf keep the werewolves transformed and the stats higher, while Full Moon's Rise and Mayor of Avabruck   provide more stat boosts and survivablity, be it regen or blocking fodder.

Kruin Outlaw   provides most of the damage with her first/double strike; if paired with Kessig Wolf Run or Wolfir Silverheart , then the damage should be positively ridiculous. Instigator Gang   provides more late game devastation, just in case.

Reckless Waif   and Wolfbitten Captive   are fairly decent one-drops. Moonmist both makes it loads easier to transform the werewolves and provides a pseudo-Fog effect just in case. And Mondronen Shaman   makes burn or aggro decks think twice about unloading a lot of small spells onto me.

Prey Upon can help deal with annoying creatures that the opponent won't let you kill. I'm also considering using Daybreak Ranger   or Lightning Bolt for that job, but I don't know which I prefer.

I'm not using Huntmaster of the Fells   for two reasons: one, this is supposed to be a budget deck and I'm really cheap anyway, and two, I'd rather use the Immerwolves; I want to keep the werewolves transformed and pumped up.

This deck is still in development, so expect it to change over time.
