I would consider Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx to help revive your Bloodsoaked Champion . I would also consider tossing something else in besides Firedrinker Satyr maybe Frenzied Goblin Less mana and no damage back to you. if your just using him for food he is still a one drop.

@ hiltzy85 Definitely. In my working version of the deck I've nixed the Valley Dasher s for some War-Name Aspirant s.
@ Traston I don't think I can make room for colorless land (as Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx is in early turns) in this build. Firedrinker Satyr is problematic. I will grab some Frenzied Goblin s from the box and test it both ways. It's hard to tell with just the playtester how things will fare in real games. Frenzied Goblin might help protect Firedrinker Satyr , hmm.... cuts are hard, though.

I know the feeling. As for the Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx if you put say 2 in instead of the Mana Confluence then your looking at being able to drop 3-4 red for the cost of 2 of any color by round 3-4 since you have the one drops... it is the only ramping I would look to, and would use it simply to push out your spells faster. every time you need it dropping 2 mana to generate an ever growing amount would aid, but if you did that I would consider some Heat Ray and Crater's Claws also. Kind of like a final blow. I like Mana Confluence but I don't like it sitting there unused unless i pay a life. it has its uses though if your using pain lands then tossing in a First Response or 2 works as at least your getting something out of it every time you need to take the damage. Plus even if you do not need the mana tap one on your turn one on their turn and you get tokens every upkeep.

@Traston I would rather have the pain land than be stuck without my colors. Hopefully Butcher of the Horde or Sorin, Solemn Visitor shows up to make up for my life-loss, otherwise, I could have done around 8 damage to myself by turn 5. In ideal cases, my opponent is dead on turn 4-5 anyways. I don't see why I would need ramping, anyways, except to dump my hand. If I have the devotion to dump my hand, my hand is probably empty anyways. Is there something I'm not seeing here? The "x" spells are probably fine for the long game, but I don't want to play a long game. Hopefully my Lightning Strike s/Stoke the Flames s will go for the dome enough when I need it.

Nope you have a valid point there. I see where your going for. I still suggest the First Response just to give extra feeders... goes well with the pain lands. What are you using Thoughtseize for? Just seems a little out of place here... Good control spell in an emergency though.

Thoughtseize can snipe their removal spells from their hands before they have enough mana to cast them. If First Response had a 2 cmc, I might think about it. At 4, it's just too late. I'd hate to get that in my hand instead of anything else in my deck, even the Firedrinker Satyr

i would suggest either replacing Valley Dasher or Borderland Marauder with War-Name Aspirant . you've got tons of creatures to trigger raid for her, and she's harder to block.
