My edit of the Blood Rites precon to focus on being a more sacrifice themed lifegain deck. Trying to spend as little as possible to keep it budget (the precon was $35 + $20 of card upgrades, so this is a $55 deck). The goal is to be making lots of vampire tokens that we are sacrificing to get lots of value, and have lots of constant sources of lifegain that give us lots of value off of those triggers.

Lifegainers: Carmen, Blood Artist, Crossway Troublemakers, Cruel Celebrant, Elenda and her Heirophant*, Mavren, Sanctum Seeker, Twilight Prophet, Vito, Vault of the Archangel, Sorin, Glass-Cast, Exquisite Blood, March of the Canonized, plus individual lifelinkers.

Lifegain triggers: Amalia, Heirophant, Oathsworn, plus spending it on abilities and card draw.

For sideboard removal, cut less efficient mana rocks like Mind Stone, Orzhov Signet, Talisman of Hierarchy.

Updates Add

I don't love running removal, both because it feels bad and usually puts you behind parity in group play, but after a few rounds in a row of getting very frustrated with individual creatures like Elesh Norn  Flip, I want some more targeted things. The current sideboard is things that cause sacrifice, but also allow me to pick off specific creatures. I'd love other suggestions for good removal options; points if it doesn't put me behind parity, causes sacrifice, etc :)
