Making a "limited in rares" mono-red as an exercise to see what you can build cheaply and effectively in Standard. There are a bunch of rares that would want to go in here, but hoping to use this as a reference point to help folks build on cheap budgets but high principles. Better cards are always better, but building to good principles can turn even cheap, bad cards into something decent.

Bloodrush makes for a pretty decent deck on the cheap. There are 6 rares who shouldn't run altogether more than $15 USD for all of them. It clocks consistent turn 4 kills in goldfishing, and can serve as a solid base for the use of more expensive and damaging rares.
