Wanted to try a little discard/burn deck for kicks with cards I had on hand:

I'm trying to build it out for maximum punishment for both discarding al la Megrim while at the same time getting double whammied from the Guttersnipe

Not sure if some sort of tutoring would fit in here. Thoughts?

The Retrace and especially Rebound are extra tasty with the Guttersnipe out. Thinking of puting one more of that little rascal in here.
