Changed my old Merfolk tribal with a tap/untap theme to include +1 counter strategy. A lot to pack into one deck, but its very low to the ground and curves well. Iso scepter is a dream to get off, but 2 CMC instants just in case something hits. Few ramp options, but more draw than previous versions, plus quite a few protection options.
