Dropped Deathcult Rogue because I found and incredible replacement:
Triton Shorestalker
Comes out turn 1 which drastically increases aggression and allows a nice turn 2 Hidden Strings
Perfect for our turn 3 Agent of the Fates.
Substituted King Macar, the Gold-Cursed for Nightveil Specter because the king synergizes more.
I considered Disciple of Deceit but playtesting showed he's pretty weak.
Replaced another land with Springleaf Drum.
Playtesting showed an instant speed tap to trigger inspired is pretty nice.
Plus is does a great job faking your opponent into thinking you're tapped out for your Mizzium Skin.

Thanks @StuntmanTheThird
Retraction Helix
works so well in this deck!
Deathcult Rogue
exists to guarantee we have a good target to recur Hidden Strings
Siren of the Silent Song
can serve this purpose, but flying can still be blocked.
You you play against people that actually use rogues, Phantom Warrior
will do.
As far as creatures in general go, I'll have to test this deck out more.
Let me know if you can more comments or suggestions!

@musselhead Do you really want to keep the Doom Blade 's? Wouldnt it be better to put in some more protection spells? Or more Triton Tactics ?
I'm building a similar deck and it's really hard to decide what goes in and what not. Also I added War-Wing Siren , flyer and excellent blocker (in case the agent doesnt do his job very well :p)

@rob1nb, it is very hard for this deck in particular to determine what stays and what goes.
I have found Doom Blade
works great in most matchups.
Being able to spot remove any of my opponent's threats (like Archangel of Thune
) is too good to pass up.
Notice for Doom Blade
, Mizzium Skin
, and Triton Tactics
, there are 2 mainboard and 2 sideboard.
This allows me to have a good variety for Game 1, while providing me with options to refactor what I need most Games 2 and 3.
I have found this strategy works pretty well.
Most of the time my opponents sideboard in more removal and I sideboard in more Mizzium Skin
.
I did not consider War-Wing Siren
, interesting choice.
I'm not sure she would fit here.
The flying is nice, but this has 4x Aqueous Form
to swing through unopposed.
And this particular deck doesn't what blockers, it want things that are either aggressive or kill things.
I like that she gets bigger, but she would fit more in my Heroes of Theros deck
I appreciate the input though.
I'd like to see what you have in the works, let me know when you post it.

I'm happy I found your deck since you went into detail about Retraction Helix . I've been tinkering a build that goes all in on inspired and heroic (it's meant to be more of a strange, but fun casual deck) and was wondering about Helix.
I do wonder about keeping Deathcult Rogue in this build, however. I personally do like Siren of the Silent Song a bit more, but I suppose with the incredible dearth of rogues in standard that deathcult will get in more hits, but I'm not sure how valuable that would be.
