Basically, this is my first deck since odyssey, so be incredibly harsh, this is a budget, blue flying aggro. based on jace's phantasm

I'm curious what else it needs, however I'm not sure if i should add anything larger.

Just a clarity thing, since im dumb and didnt clarify. the mill isnt to actually mill them, its to buff the phantasms early, and push for a quick win, and to avoid early burn spells killing them. was thinking about maybe tossing Mask of Avacyn
