Modern is a lot of fun, and I want to build a great deck with which to compete. So, this said, I will be putting together a series of three Splinter Twin Decks, eventually choosing which "splash" to pursue with all my MTG time and money. This deck will just be the standard "UR" Twin, a tier one Modern Deck. The base is off of Channel Fireball, but with some tweaks.
