This is a vintage control deck. You build up artifacts on the battelfield and use Chromatic Orrery to get all colers. This builds up mana to turn everything into artifacts with memnarch. Take extra turns and use Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge. Steal everything with memnarch and attack. Can take on multiple players at once and is still very fun one v one.
