(First off, to the mods, if the deck title's pushing it a little, I'll be happy to change it. Just wanted to try to get something catchy.)

The goal of this deck is to mill your heart out. 4 Sphinx's Tutelages form the primary win condition, with everything else focused on card draw while avoiding milling myself to death (with help from Learn from the Past). The new Oath Chandra has a thoroughly abusable 0 ability. If I have all four Tutelage's out, I can potentially mill an opponent's entire deck in one go. Most of my creatures are designed to die to aid the card draw (with Grip of the Roil and Sweep Away to protect me when they're unavailable or overwhelmed), while Benthic Infiltrator slips behind enemy lines and exiles everything.

I've gone through all the Standard cards (barring Khans and Fate as they're rotating very shortly, please do not suggest them) and I think I've got the best combination I can think of, but any help would be greatly appreciated! The biggest threat I can foresee for this deck at the moment is trample, because I have very little response to it and all of my creatures are tiny.
