AEtherize seems good against aggro.

Think Twice is good for card draw i think. (if it's standard legal)

Whenever a god is listed it gets added into both categories

Think about AEtherize it bounces all attacking creatures, use the bident to force them all to attack, bounce entire field back to hand. gg =3

You obviously don't read the comments agiboy, so I will attempt to help, because they gods are creatures and enchantments they are listed in both categories but they are only counted once in the card count.

You should probably cut down to 3x Thassa. Since she's Legendary, you aren't going to be able to have more than one on the field anyway.

4 stymied hopes? That card is so situational and... pretty bad in general imo. Why not dissolve instead? You still get the scry and it's a hard counter

May I suggest that you remove Aqueous Form that is why you have Thassa, God of the Sea , AEtherling and your fliers. Since you seem fond of the control aspect of blue, maybe put in some Disperse 's

you seem to have more instants than other monoblue devotion decks. perhaps try Nivmagus Elemental combo'd with Hidden Strings cipher?
