This is my first proper deck. It was built using cards that I got from various boosters and that my flatmates had spare.

The strategy of the deck is actually quite a standard Blue/Red deck strategy, it seems, so I'd like to point out that this was made independent of any other Izzet/ Nivix Cyclops deck on the site. Some of the cards on the maybe list are cards that I'm contemplating after having read through many other deck builds.

It relies on fielding creatures and backing them with various Blue/Red spells to prevent your opponent from getting his/her creatures out. Many of the creatures get powered up on sorceries and instants, which allows for some heavy attacking power once you have enough mana to pull off multiple spells.

The deck seems to work pretty well but there's plenty of room for improvement, of course, especially seeing as this was built using spare cards.

Any ideas/suggestions welcome!
