This is an art tribal deck, you can figure this one out. WoTC love their blue glowy hands and what not, so why not make a deck in honor of their love. Also! If you're running Elsha and your deck is not called 'Let it Grow' or 'Let it Go' in honor of a certain Disney franchise, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!

If you have qualms about certain cards (for example, Peregrine Drake) in that they don't have blue hands, I tried to make this deck playable (for instance, peregrine drake goes infinite with Archeomancer and Ghostly Flicker). Please comment if you have recommendations or issues with the art.

Additionally, the lands have a separate tribal theme in that they all feature HAND-made features or structures, in case anyone cared. Apparently I did, but you don't have to...
