I am new to MTG, but I am really interested and basically started playing at the latest release tournament in my area. In other words, I need help (please and thank you)!

My idea for this deck is to control what my opponent's/s' hand(s) are doing (and hopefully not doing!). I want to shut my opponents out as far as damage is concerned, and kill them slowly with little creatures (Illusions), artifacts, and enchantments. Basically, I want a deck that will irritate any opponent to death. :P It sounds fun to me, so please help me out! Thank you!
