Based on the deck "Turn 4, Mill 600 Cards Please..." by user "KongMing"

The concept is based around getting Halimar Excavator into play early and then making clones of it with Jwari Shapeshifter to trigger its Mill abilities. Late game options are Hagra Diabolist to deal direct damage as needed.

Hada Freeblade and Kazandu Blademaster are added to give me some scaling blockers, with Kabira Evangel there to give them better lasting power for swinging in if I want.

Additionally, the instants are based around flickering cards for maximum Mill capabilities, with Ghostly Flicker able to help me flicker Land for Landfall triggers off of Retreat to Emeria .

I'll be tweaking this for Modern play.
