A Mono Blue Mill Deck.

This deck is build around the idea of Milling the opponent by drawing cards yourself.

You need to hang out a few turns, hence not that many creatures. They're there to defend. Added some Walls just for this.

In round 3 you should either play Jace's Archivist or Sphinx's Tutelage. From then on it's about milling the opponent and drawing until you have your cards.

I added a lot of instants like Vapor Snag , which you should try to hold on for a while, until the bigger creatures join the party. The Walls should be able to defend enough for the 2nd to 4th round.

On round 5 / 6 you should try to draw your deck empty in order to draw your opponent empty.

The biggest problem is surviving those first rounds, but the defenders should help you with it.

There is some surge costs, instants and abilities, so keep your mana and spend it in their turn.

This deck has been revised a couple of times in order to make it more focussed on the core engine.

The Sideboard is there to test some other stuff.
