A lot of meh seeming cards.
Ninjas work best as a draw/recursion engine spliced into Faeries. So 22 lands. 4 leak. Bitterblossom. Spellstutter. Deep Hours. Still Wind. Mistbind etc.

This deck's at 23 bucks right now, and the skeleton for Faeries is much pricier

I'd change Murderous Cut to Doom Blade tbh. The delve ability isn't very consistent, Especially since you don't have very many cantrips and fetchs to fill up your graveyard.
Ornithopter and signal pest is a nice idea. Gudul Lurker and Faerie Imposter aren't necessary. I would cut Faerie imposter and 2 or all of the lurkers. 8 creatures with evasion is all you really need. In thier place I would add more ninjas to take advantage of the the ninjitsu ability, preferably cheap ones, cmc wise.
You don't need the Trap, and I would have atleast 6 slots devoted to just destroying your opponents creatures, whether it is Doom Blade or something else. You should also have some way to deal with enemy artifacts and enchantments. Spreading Seas is also a potential add in. It neutralizes an enemy land, and it replaces itself.
You should also have several dual lands I would have 6 or 7 duals, could be the KTK lifegain lands or the Theros scry lands. Both are cheap.

Maybe swap out some of your instants for Dimir Charm.

If you need budget lands: Darkslick Shores, Temple of Silence, Drowned Catacomb. Also, Polluted Delta is only going to go up, so picking that up with Watery Grave will be nice. Also, Creeping Tar Pit looks like the land you want in here.
I can understand if you are too budget to pick up these lands (believe me, been there, done that), but they will heavily increase your consistency.

OK, just tested this out for the first time vs Selesnya Tokens. It needs Zephyr Sprite to feed the beast-- almost everything needs creatures to bounce.

Very nice deck, I like the way it flows. Congrats on pulling the Vendilion Clique from a booster too! As far as suggestions, I'm not used to giving too many but you did question Mana Leak or Condescend, honestly I like Mana leak better because it is a set amount that forces 3 mana to be used or cancel and it helps conserve your own mana, simply put I think it can get you out of sticky situations easier because of its set mana cost.
I might have more suggestions later after I'm home from work but have you considered Ring of Evos Isle ?

bassrockn: Yeah, Mana Leak is good throughout a game if they're playing on-curve, and I don't really have the spare mana for Condescend. If anything, I need more counterspells at 1 CMC so I can be threatening even if I wanna play more than 1 Faerie a turn.
When I tested it, I frequently wished for a way to pump the creatures that were stuck on the field, but I think +1/+1 counters is a bad way to go about it just 'cause they evaporate if (when) I bounce the creature to get something else on the board.
Ronin Warclub is what the ninja primer recommends, but I dunno if it's worth cutting something for 2 of 'em. It'd speed up the clock once it's out, but is it worth the tempo to get it out early?

I honestly looked and couldn't see anything I would cut out of it for Warclub except maybe the side deck for if your opponent drags you into a late game that you would feel comfortable with having enough mana to attach and still have some open
Just my thoughts on it but you may see something I missed that would be a better call on adding it
