Hi!

Today I'm here with a (failed) experiment : a Phasing deck.

So I tried to get the best out of this weirdo keyword. The aim was to disrupt opponent's board by giving their permanents phasing (Shimmer, Teferi's Curse) are just phase their creatures out for one turn. Then, use phasers that have triggered abilities (Shimmering Efreet, Teferi's Imp) and make them phases in and out every turn with Teferi's Veil. For further annoyance, mill your opponent down with Sanity Grinding.

But sadly this just doesn't work. A good idea I've read somewhere would be to add some boardsweepers, devastating opponent's board while all my permanents are phased out. Taniwha might work with Teferi's Veil too.
