This is a work in progress. My goal was to try to make a mono-blue deck that wasn't super annoying. I tried to limit the counterspells and gaining control of others' creatures. The plan is to use Thada Adel to get as many mana rocks from other players' libraries and then cast big fatties... focusing on going with a giant sea creature theme - Krakens, Leviathans, Serpents, Octopus...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
