Based off of the M13 intro pack, this is a a blue / red control deck with Talrand. The idea is to play defense with blue, offense with red, have a few fun spells in there, and get Talrand out to build drakes for you while you continue to screw with them. Win conditions include getting out Omniscience with Archeomancer and Unsummon to get infinite drakes, and possibly Spelltwine or Switcheroo in late game to turn the tide in your favor. This is not a deck I'm ready to contribute money to, but it's something I've enjoyed playing so far.
