This is my take on Kanister's Blue Dredge deck. I opted to skip the Narcomoeba's in favor of a few copies of Pteramander as well as Wall of Lost Thoughts.

This is a fun little deck that wants to self mill into Creeping Chill, pack your graveyard with Arclight Phoenix and swing for victory before anyone knew what hit them. Being able to cast 3 instants/sorceries before the attack phase is the key to recurring your Arclight Phoenix's, so don't be afraid to utilize Maximize Altitude on your opponent's creature, or Unsummon your own Merfolk Secretkeeper. These are the kinds of shenanigans that make this deck so much fun!
