I was making this Blue/Green control deck based around Elite Arcanist's ability and basically whenever I play this deck I get no playable cards and when i do... no mana. This deck is centered around Elite Arcanist's ability of copying an instant for its mana cost. So fog takes care of any combat damage, Counter spells for control and Jace's 0 ability as a second plan. Any suggestions?
