I really like Nightveil Specter, I think it may be the best 3 drop in Standard. I wanted to augment it by adding Aqueous Form and Artisan of Forms. Then I can have up to 8 of them.

Add in some protection spells like Mizzium Skins (which also hits spell trigger), Judge's Familiar and Swan Song.

To help with triggers, damage, add flying and get more cards, I added two enchantment creatures. Then to re-cycle I added Mnemonic Wall.

Bestowing Thassa's Emissary onto an unblockable like Deathcult Rogue is a great way to do damage while cycling cards.

The rest is counter creature and divination.
