Please note that this deck loosely follows the QL format, which is the opposite of modern: cards with the old design are used.

Use Whim of Volrath/Mind Bend to change Chill and Douse to match your opponent's colors, effectively giving you unlimited counterspells for 1U apiece.

Time Elemental helps remove problematic late game cards.

Dig with frantic search and portent.

Disrupt, Exclude and Repulse offer counter/bounce with cantrip to gain card advantage.

Win condition is Dream Prowler or Aladdin's Ring (the win could be improved).

If your opponent has R in their deck, you can switch out some Mind Bends for more creature removal.

If facing a creature-less deck, add Thran Turbines to help facilitate the use of Time Elemental and the Ring.
