Disrupt them as much as you can by exiling everything you can and playing humans to put counters on the Champion of the Parish in later game you can use Venser, the Sojourner or Galepowder Mage to put Fiend Hunter,Banisher Priest back in to play giving Champion of the Parish a pulse one and allowing you to change target. With Venser, the Sojourner you can do the same with any of the enchantments but Champion of the Parish wont get a pulse one.
