Instead of Path to Exile in this deck, how about Dispatch? That way they won't get a land off of the exile.

Also I would recommend Darksteel Citadels for an indestructible artifact. Some other things you might want to consider would be Frogmite, Myr Enforcer, and Broodstar for quick yet powerful creatures.

The citadel doesn't work for this deck since this deck requires colored land. The rest I don't know what to replace with.

I say replace Qumulox with Broodstar, Glassdust Hulk with Myr Enforcer, and move Ethersworn Canonist to the sideboard and replace it with Frogmite. That's just my opinion though.

Why not play Affinity? It seems like this deck is just a watered-down version of Affinity.

how would i play affinity because the artifact lands are banned in modern.

Darksteel Citadel, Blinkmoth Nexus, Inkmoth Nexus, and Glimmervoid have been Modern's Affinity lands. Arcbound Ravager si great, Cranial Plating is great, Hangarback Walker is probably great, Steel Overseer is great, Ornithopter is great, Springleaf Drum is great, Galvanic Blast is great, Ensoul Artifact is great, Vault Skirge is great, and we pretend that Stony Silence doesn't exist.

Affinity has been a Tier 1 deck since approximately the beginning of time.

lol that's some great advice but i would like to keep it a Blue/White deck. I will make a bunch of edit's though thank you.

UW Affinity is pretty doable, actually. You lose a lot of the raw speed, but you get to play a grindier game with more Thoughtcast and more Dispatch to keep your opponent from wrecking you.
