This deck is a lot more than it appears to be, it seems stupid to run blue without devotion, but that's why it's so strong nobody has the answer for it and you have the counter magic if they do.

With the meta having shifted to more midrange and control strategies this deck does extremely well by laying down 2 or3 small but evasive threats and making them potent with War Horn , then when they respond you given the option to counter or let them waste removal while you carry the real threats in hand like Shorecrasher Elemental and Whirler Rogue. Cards like [harbinger of the tides] and Stratus Dancer are great for gaining tempo, as decent two drops with strong late game potential.

ONE DROPS

Gudul Lurker decent 1/1 creature that can't be blocked with added late game potential where it attacks for 3 generally after a megamorph and with War Horn out, none of which can be blocked.

Faerie Miscreant another simple but strong card works similar to Gudul Lurker with it's evasiveness, just lacking on the megamorph side, what makes this card excel is multiples of course and Mirror Mockery , draw each time it attacks is beautiful, card advantage leads to landing the curve nicely and a good chance of countering opponents threats and removal

TWO DROPS

Stratus Dancer a beautiful card, that allows for evasive early game aggro or acts as a counter spell and swings bigger late game, cards with potential throughout the game allow for consistent strong plays

Harbinger of the Tides a very sneaky card, great as a turn 2 card against aggro and late game against midrange and control, with all the Jace, Vryn's Prodigy  , Monastery Swiftspear and Hangarback Walker love, it's easy to see why I like this card, they tap or attack and in response pick up

Mirror Mockery now this is a fun card defensively it's normally as strong if not stronger than Singing Bell Strike , offensively we are using 3 sets of creatures with enter the battlefield triggers, on Faerie Miscreant we get added draw, on Harbinger of the Tides you force you opponent to not attack and on Whirler Rogue you just win the game

Negatethis is blues equivalent of Valorous Stance it stops removal, board wipes and planeswalkers, definitely one of my favorite counter spells

THREE DROPS

War Horn three drops are what win you games in this deck, this card stacks which is its best feature, this card pumps up very nicely on the small evasive army you launch early and allows quick wins. It is brutal with Whirler Rogue who uses it as tap fodder and has stronger attacking thopters

Shorecrasher Elemental the only card in the deck that's mildly beefy, he's really fun to annoy opponents with, easily swinging big and a pain to kill, very fun card

Scatter to the Windsit's a Cancel with a niche feature solid card in general though

FOUR DROP

Whirler Roguethis card normally goes play, tap War Horn and thopter token, Shorecrasher Elemental can't be blocked, win, nough said
