Bob got himself waaay over his head and fell in with the wrong crowd last time we saw him on Zendikar. This deck embodies his lust for power and knowledge at any cost.

I bought the Sworn to Darkness precon as an alternative to my Narset, Enlightened Master deck that had all of my friends complaining about how "broken" or "poorly designed" she was or something like that. All I knew was that I was getting focused and I needed a more low key deck. Obviously, mono black was the perfect choice with its piece in the color pie invoking adjectives such as "selfish" and "parasitic."

I'm planning on fixing up the description and talking about my card choices tonight, but I wanted to hear what you guys think. I've been tweaking this deck for about a month now and I feel pretty good about it. Also, it's important to note that this deck is on a bit of a budget. I'm still trying to keep Narset up to date, and this deck is more for ruining casual events than owning serious games.
