I found 4x Goblin Grenade in my collection and that became the start of this deck concept. From there I knew I wanted other burn so Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning were my go-to's.

As for the creature base Guttersnipe was obvious. I then had some choices to make and I'm glad to have stumbled upon Goblin Lackey and Warren Instigator . From there the rest was getting the best goblins to ETB so I went to Wort, the Raidmother for burn doubling and token generation. Following that was Muxus, Goblin Grandee to push ETB's to the max and Goblin Matron helps find these creatures.

Price of Progress is a must in this deck since the only nonbasic lands are Prismatic Vista and Rite of Flame is here for ramp if we need to hard-cast some of the heavier spells or drop an Instigator T1.
